What if HARTI does not sell in my store?

Return any unsold, unopened, and undamaged wraps within 12 months of purchase for a full refund of the product price paid.

Can I return part of an order?

Yes. Keep what sells and return the eligible wraps that do not.

Seasonal, clearance, and discounted wraps qualify and are refunded at the price paid. Each order and reorder has its own 12-month return period.

What does not qualify?

Opened displays, samples, used or damaged products, customer-used returns, and products held for more than 12 months are not eligible.

How do I make a return?

Contact us with your business name, order number, and the patterns and quantities being returned. Once approved, we will provide the return authorization and address.

Who pays for return shipping?

The retailer pays the return postage. Original shipping charges are not refunded, but there is no restocking fee.

For your protection, use a trackable service. The retailer is responsible for monitoring the return and handling any carrier claim until it is delivered to us.

What is inside a HARTI wrap?

Each HARTI wrap contains a 100% cotton inner bag filled with 850 g of Canadian whole oats, finished with a removable, washable 100% cotton cover.

What if my order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect?

Contact us promptly with your order number, details of the issue, and photographs where applicable. We’ll make it right.

Who handles customer warranty claims?

We do. Customers can contact HARTI directly through the QR code on the package. Retailers are not responsible for processing warranty claims.
